Today instead of our traditional class, we had the opportunity to visit the Production Studio. First we talked with Janelle about what the expectations/set up would be for the Board of Trustees Interview and then we got right into interviewing. Zak interviewed me first and I thought the experience went really well! To start, we learned how to “mic-up” and then got seated at the interview set. I had made notes of how I wanted to answer each question but honestly did not need to reference them during the interview. After, we talked about timing and brainstormed some additional questions that either the interviewer or the trustee member might ask. Also we talked about some basic “dos and don’ts” when it comes to what to wear and do for the interview so that we could get the best quality footage.
