2-  I found it interesting how connected and impactful the ideas of Lucritcius were. Until reading this chapter, I would have never thought to make the connection that On the Nature of Things and other philosophical material could have reached let alone influence monumental figures such as Shakespeare (243). Today I went to a football game for homecoming! My friend group and I woke up early, got breakfast, got ready and then headed over to the Forum to tailgate. It was fun seeing all the groups, parents, students who go all out for it. We talked to a bunch of people and then headed over to the game with some friends that we met up with. Thankfully, the team ended up winning 37-21! 

Tonight my friends and I went to Noreaster Fest and honestly the event was more fun than I was expecting. The school rented out giant neon swings, different food carts, and vendors. Even though the line was super long–we all got custom matching trucker hats that the airbrush artist made right in front of us.
